  I just recently move to Tennessee and needed a new bank. They've helped me with my loan and everything else. They were kind and very helpful. I have had no problems with them at all. I haven't had a bank that actually cared for there customer. Unlike a few credit unions around here the provide really good interest rates on loans and get you what you need.

  ATM here sucks. Never using it again. Pretends to give me money makes sounds then says sorry for your inconvenience when I have money in my account. Makes no sense so I have to drive to another atm that does give me my money without all the hassle

  Of course another weekend day where I can't use my account do maintenance on a week day so I could at least call this is the most frustrating bank I've ever had
