I've been banking with 3 Rivers for years. Never had an issue at any branch. I wasn't to happy with the branch manager here. From the time I first sat down with him he seemed uninterested and a bit rude. I explained my situation and he didn't really help me out. Wish he was more understanding and professional. Its to bad because everyone else at the branch was very nice...

Hard to imagine a bank or credit union could be any better than 3 Rivers. In 30 years my only gripe is they changed their account number system then they started rejecting auto-bills that weren't marked with the new system. Not cool but not fatal either. They almost always get me the best rates on cards, auto loans, even my home loan.
