  One of the worst credit unions EVER. Place is a joke. They send out an email stating they understand when hard troubles hit. So when you actually go to them hoping they will help they do nothing but pile more on top of you. They use other loans As collateral For auto loans that aren't even associated with it. I wish I could not even give them one star. Everyone who works at the traverse city branch is horrible they are not about the customer. Get a lawyer to help get paid but only want it one way. Id love to talk to someone who would actually listen and be willing to understand and help and not from the traverse city branches. Does the owner even exist?!! I need a number to talk to someone.

  I am really not enjoying the new online website set up. I don't know why you would mess with a working program but it's incredibly frustrating how long it is to sign into my account now. You have to hover over the login link a few seconds before you can click it and it takes forever to sign in making it appear as if it isn't working. The last change wasn't terrible but was also unnecessary. Why is there a push for so much change? I also noticed that stocks for this company have gone down, I wonder if others aren't happy too but not willing to say why. That being said, I've had really good interactions with the tellers in kalkaska and Traverse city south airport but terrible service from the one next to meijer and the great wolf lodge in tc.

Unfortunately, the same time the site launched our online banking, which is a different platform, developed issues. We've worked hard to address those issues and hope things have resolved.
