  12-8-2021: Wow! Has it been four years since I posted my first review??? Still receiving the same great service even though I moved away from Traverse City. Donna has continued to help me with several alternative saving account options. For most of my many years I have always completed my banking transactions remotely via a credit union in Saginaw. But after signing up with FNBA I look forward to the face-to-face service at my local branch. The tellers are very friendly and make a sincere effort to make sure I am a satisfied customer. (We have a lot of fun conversations, too!) Keep up the good work Donna, Polley, Jodi, and all the staff!

  Recently, my father asked me to manage his estate for him because he is 94 and has difficulty remembering things. One of the first things I did was to contact four banks where he had certificates of deposit and ask them to attach my power of attorney to those accounts. I got a response from Connor at First National Bank within a few hours. He explained what I needed to do (precisely). I returned the information to him and he got back to me the within a day or two and explained that everything was good and that I needed to sign a signature card. It was waiting in my email inbox. I did so and there was a slight problem (my mistake). Connor got back to me within the hour and explained the process. The entire procedure took 3-4 days. The other banks? I have yet to hear from them. Draw your own conclusions.
