      Martha from the Tittle Department is rude. I was speaking and she interrupted me while I was telling her what was told to me and then she tells me I interrupted her because I kept talking. LOL. What a joke. If you are having a BAD DAY DON'T GO TO WORK. Over here taking stuff personal when I'm explaining to her what a manager told me and she started making smart comments. UNPROFESSIONAL get a new job and get out of customer service with an attitude like that and its barely 10am. She should get FIRED. Making the place seem even worse.

      I love my car, but Trynna to get on the phone with them to get information about my car is trash. They keep putting me on hold and hanging up. I just need info about my car why is that such a hassle! Cars are great customers service could be a little better Ya know!!!! It’s not everyone there just a few of them.
