  Jessica Trejo attended me, with the best service. That's why I love Bank of America, because of the staff. They are very nice. They greet me when I arrive. From one to ten I give them a 10 Because they are the best..

  Literally the worst Bank of America in Houston maybe even Texas who knows. Literally just walked in and they didn't even have bank tellers working the counter at 11AM. There was a greeter guy there saying that the bank tellers were on lunch so the only function available were ATMs...dude, it's 11 o clock, you're supposedly open and you don't have anyone working inside, what a joke....there's literally a CHASE, down the street, do yourself a favor if you're thinking of using Bank Of America and DON'T. I can not WAIT to go back in a couple hours (HOPEFULLY SOMEONES ACTUALLY WORKING) to take all my money out and leave this nightmare of an establishment.

  I am a customer of Bank of America for many years, urged me notarize some documents. I thought "my bank" would give me the best service but it was not only had a client, 3 employees totally uninformed of how to help. No one knew if there notarizaban, I had to wait for the cashier. After asking 2 employees inside the office, I went to the cashier to kindly ask the question if I could there notarize, contemptuously me said I had to wait my turn only to answer a question ??? The other cry used since instead have to make an appointment !!! Wow !! Bad customer service !!! I'll think change my mind a better bank
