      We have a car loans and home equity through them. When we went ro sign for the home equity they did not provide checks for as they were suppose to and we opened a checking account through them and when requesting a couple starter checks from them it was like it was a big issue. And we weren't given a card for either account with the actual account on them. I have always been provided these things when starting any account
