      I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company.
