  Just did our first referral of A&N Mortgage to our clients who were moving to Phoenix. The wife is the manager of a mortgage banker in Virginia and she raved about the level of communication from Brian and Neena...something she preaches in her own company. They were well along in the underwriting process right after my buyers signed the purchase contract. The whole process was remarkably efficient and swift.   Worked with Brad on my first house closing. He and his team were great to work with. They were always responsive and openly communicated. We thought we would have a difficult time as we work as consultants and were told we have to hold the same job to get a mortgage, but Brad reassured us that is not the case. They also constantly followed up with us on the remaining items to ensure that the closing occurs at the allotted time. They helped us fill out all our paperwork and double/triple checked that there will not be any errors on their part or ours. I'm really happy to have had him and his team as our representatives as everything went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!
