  Diane helped us with mortgages on multiple investment properties. She was excellent to work with thru all the stages, right from helping decide between different loan options, locking in a great rate, to working thru all the details till the final closing. Our transaction was a fairly complex 1031 exchange with out of state remote signings and having Diane involved was the single thing that made it a success as she diligently hyper managed all the involved parties to make sure everything stayed on schedule. I would highly recommend her services for your next real estate transaction.

  My wife and I first met Diane when she worked at Mid Town Bank in Chicago which closed years ago. Diane helped us obtain our mortgage for our house in Lincoln Park which we still own after 26 years. Over the years we kept in contact with Diane and are currently working with her to refinance our home in Lincoln Park. Diane gave us several very competitive financing options and although refinancing was a hassle, Diane assured me that she would make it as smooth as possible. I decided to move forward. Little did Diane and I realize how stressful and complicated it would be. Thru no fault of Diane's, my current lenders loan processing company was incredibly slow in providing Diane with updated and accurate loan information. This delay affected the refi rate lock provided by A and N Mortgage Co. as well as unanticipated interest costs A and N incurred. This went on for weeks. Throughout this time Diane and her Team spent countless hours on the phone trying to get the correct information from my current lender's loan processor so we could close on our new loan. Even when I wanted to throw in the towel out of frustration with my current lender, A and N never gave up. As a result of Diane and her Team's tenacious work we are scheduled to close our new refi with A and N next week. A and N stood by us and their original rate quote, even after it expired. Please, do not hesitate to use Diane and her Team. My wife and I cannot express our gratitude for what they did for us. Thanks again to Diane and her Team at A and N!! Bill and Georganne.
