  I wrote a pretty scathing review last week of the Aplus Federal Credit Union that I bank with. Since then, and I don't think as a result of, they really stepped up to the plate and went out of their way to make everything right. The staff, including the vice president of the bank made sure that they came up with a viable alternative and solution to my problem of being able to get my money where it needed to be. This was definitely excellent customer service in action. I have never seen better. I am filled with gratitude that they were finally able to help me.

  When You Hire Employees To Work At The Member Service Department, Make Sure They Get TRAINED Good Before Hitting The Floor It Shouldn’t Be No Reason My Account Is Locked Due To Your Rep/Management Not Getting Me Verified You Guys Have To Do Better My God

  Walked in and was greeted by an employee. She looked startled by my presence, another person came to assist her with communicating. Was told to go to the drive thru to be serviced when the lobby was clearly open. Person to person is always best, super kind people, poor policy!
