As a credit union the rewards come full circle to the customers. Very goo interest rates especially for children and teen accounts for saving. Many locations and very good, knowledgeable employees.

They are scammers stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Everyone should pull all their money out this bank and bank elsewhere trust me when I say this you’ll be sorry if you open an account at any of their locations. They lie about missed payments and they report payments as missed even if you pay them. They are the newest scam going on.

When I opened my account I was told it was free because I have a child that goes to school in their district. Later on I found out there was a hidden $15 fee. Their customer service department is the horrible. First time I called they told me they couldn’t help me, refused to let me speak with a supervisor, and when I meantion I wasn’t pleased and should close my account, I was told, “maybe you should”. Because she wouldn’t help me with setting up my account with their app I decided to check my balance at a Bank Of America ATM and the fees for that posted over a week later. Now I have their banking app and I’ve noticed 5 different transactions that posted, disappeared, then post a week later on my account. These transactions were POS and online purchases so I don’t understand why all of the confusion. I tried to call their customer department today and answer around 20 security questions to authenticate the account, just for them to give me a long list of excuses. This is my first month with this bank and between the hidden fees, horrible customer service, and difficulty with managing my money, I feel I need to file a complaint.
