I reached out to Kristen at A & K Mortgage September of 2021. She told me exactly what I needed to do as far as getting pre-approve. I did exactly that and by December I was house shopping! At that time I was dealing with a realtor of my choice and no luck with my offer falling through. Kristen reached out to one of her best of the best realtors Deanna Mikel and I was officially under contract the end of January. From that point on Kristen and Khyla worked on my loan and kept me updated on where I stood. I went to closing February 25! I am so thankful for Kristen and her associates at A & K Mortgage for making it all possible and within a month under contract I had my keys in hand. Thank you so much Kristen!!!
