  I have no words to explain how exceptional were Erik Maya, his wife Brenda Maya, and the rest of the team for Cherry Creek Mortgage @ Kingwood. I mean what else can I say?! They got me my first house! Glory to God first and foremost for using Cherry Creek Mortgage to reach this milestone. I loved that the team doesn’t abandon you a single step of the way. They are patient and guide you though the process. They also do whatever it takes to help you reach your goal and get the house of your dreams. Also loved the weekly updates Erik communicated on the loan, which keeps you alarmed and connected through the process. They helped me a lot and communicated well, and that’s why I now have a home! Highly recommend them! Hopefully you get your new house with them! God is good!

  I am honored to share my loan experience. I was referred to Cherry Creek Mortgage, LLC from my real estate agent Shirmel Gumbs-Heyliger. She spoke highly about the team. We spoke with Erik on Fathers day. He jumped in and requested documents within the first 2 days. In the past I had lenders request documents late in the process which was stressful. Erik team takes pride in closing loans. Every Tuesday Erik gave us an update. He returned our calls if he was on the other line. Erik assigned our loan procsser Dione Jones. She was amazing 😀. We had a Veterans loans, and used the Texas Veterans Land Board. Our loan was Dione first time working with the land board. We were told our house would close on July 19th. On July 15th, we closed early due to the team hard work, and commitment. We closed in 23 days. Cherry Creek takes the stress off their clients. I am completly satisfied ❤️.   Erik and his team were amazing. They exceeded our expectations in everyway. Their level of competency, attention to detail, and professionalism is on a plain of its own. They made sure that we were informed on every part of the process. Because of their diligence and great customer service we were able to close on our home in 21 days. This was something I didn't even think was possible but with Erik and his team, they made what I thought was impossible, possible. I will definitely recommend them to any family and friends I know that are in the home buying process.
