  We had been searching for a home in this hot market for some time. When we were ready to begin the mortgage process, we thought it would be beneficial to go with a local loan originator that was well known and respected by the real estate community serving the region. Our buyer’s agent recommended A Plus Mortgage Solutions. Jeremy McMichael went out of his way to make sure that we understood the mortgage process, the loans we were eligible for, current rates, and what specific documents we needed to provide in order to qualify. Jeremy was very responsive whether a call, text, or email asking a question or checking on the status of the closing. He made us feel like we were a top priority for him even though he had several other clients. Jeremy promised a 30-day close date from the seller’s acceptance of our offer and he did not disappoint. Jeremy is very knowledgeable. We asked lots of questions and he was able to provide solid responses to all our inquiries. He offered recommendations to help us meet loan requirements with different rates and down payment amounts. What we also appreciated was his organizational skills. He is very detail oriented and accurate. We developed a solid trust relationship with Jeremy and felt he was direct and honest. Jeremy knew all the parties engaged in our journey. He communicated often with our agent, the settlement company, the mortgage lender, and us. He took the initiative to ensure all parties were fully informed and received all documentation required to close the deal successfully.   In a Real Estate market with the highest level of competition we have ever seen one must use a reliable, efficient, prompt and professional mortgage lender. A team effort from A to Z is what helps maneuver a transaction. Jeremy is able to consistently glide from A to Z and this is what sets him apart and why I continue to keep Jeremy as a recommended lender to my clients. I cannot emphasize Jeremy's work ethic enough. He is always responsive and with his great reputation around Central PA consumers can be rest assured that their lender's reputation is A++++!!!
