      I’ve been banking at this location for 30 years. With the various changes this financial institution has experienced I feel they’re doing their best. Customer service changes frequently at the branch levels with no issues as far as I’m concerned. Online banking is what most everyone has gone to. Going to the local branch is almost never. I do have one complaint and that’s ATM fees with none FNB ATM machines. The ATM FEE PLUS FNB $2.75 on each ATM transaction is not acceptable.

      It is December 4th and I have been waiting since September 29th to receive a new debit card. This is ridiculous!
