  It was May 29, 2020. I received a text from my realtor indicating a significant problem with the buyer's lender of the sale of my home in Apple Valley, California. I was asked to call Adrian V. Enriquez, Branch Owner of The A-Team. You see, escrow on our house in Apple Valley should have closed on May 15, 2020, yet, on a daily basis, we received a message from our realtor that documents weren't ready, but assured us over and over that things were fine and everything would be done very soon. One week ran into two weeks, which continued into the third and fourth weeks. In speaking with Adrian he shared that the mortgage lender from Commerce Bank had been lying to us the entire time - things were far from ok! In fact, they were a mess! A big fricking mess, not because of an honest mistake, but because the lender was lying. Both realtors confirmed the lies being told to all of us and apologized profusely! Needless to say, my wife and I were DISMAYED (and very angry)! How could this be happening after so many assurances? During the conversation with Adrian, it was clearly evident that he was highly capable and knowledgable. He shared that he had reviewed the file that had been developed and stated he could not understand why there had been any issues. Based on his review of all of the documentation, he said he could process the paperwork, fund the loan, and close escrow in 10 business days. He also committed to communicating with me every day, regardless of the lateness of the hour, to provide updates. Needless to say, my wife and I were highly skeptical after the nightmare we had experienced with Commerce Bank! Yet, true to his word, Adrian either texted or called me every evening, sometimes as late as 10:00 pm with detailed status reports, which were very reassuring. Adrian was nothing short of AMAZING! So what happened? Well, I am pleased to say that Adrian came through and escrow closed and funded in 14 days. I shared with him that when you work with professional people professional things get done! He is a consummate professional. He deserves the highest praise and commendation possible! We can't thank Adrian enough for everything he did to assist us! It was a miracle! To think of what would have happened had he not been able to do what he did makes my wife and I shutter!! Words cannot express our heartfelt gratitude for Adrian and for being a man of integrity and trustworthiness. What he did for us was, frankly, priceless. Paul Rosell

  There is only one lender that I would trust with my family and friends and that’s the amazing staff of the A-Team. Not only are they my business partners with some of my high profiles clients, but they originated my home loan as well. We were in escrow and my student loan popped up and i couldn’t clear CVRS (had a student loan that was 8+ years unpaid and in collections), not to mention my credit score dropped by 10 points and I could no longer qualify for Conventional. I thought for sure that the transaction was going fall through. Adrian was calm and of course had an answer, we were able to clear CVRS and it turned out going FHA was a better option for me and I would be able to refinance in 6 months, Credit was going to rise to 700+ and I would be in better shape. All that he said would happen, happened. I now have a 3.5% rate and my ficos are in the mid 700’s, these guys are amazing.

  I have used A Team Lending for a previous home loan and refinance, and I’m currently using them for my second home loan. I was in a bind for my second home loan with a competing broker who had promised a certain interest rate that A Team couldn’t offer. Shortly after accepting, we realized it was a bait-and-switch. My head was pounding for a week with stress dealing with this other broker. The deal fell through. My husband and I were in the middle of escrow and needed a loan ASAP! The seller was ready to cancel the deal. Adrian and John and A Team staff saved the day!! Seriously! I’m not kidding. I texted Adrian the moment I knew we weren’t going with the other broker and asked for help, that we need a loan ASAP!! He called me back two minutes later asking for all the info and was on top of it. And a week and a half later, they got us formal approval! Home loans can be intimidating, but Adrian, John and the staff there make it so easy and comfortable from start to end. I highly, highly recommend A Team. They are quick to respond, too. Anytime you need anything, they are there for you. So, so grateful for them all!!
