I have had accounts with Chase for years with no issues what so ever. It amazes me how many complain about the service they receive inside the bank - my question is why does anyone need to even go in a bank anymore? With all the apps and contactless features at the ATM it can all be done without any human contact or even using your card. The check deposit feature with the app works great and you don't need to even sign the check just deposit it....done. Chase does a great job in my opinion.

The staff is lacking operation knowledge, and also did not notify customer that there will be additional charges when deposit amount is over 5k.
