      Ashkan was recommended to us and after a phone discussion and agreed monthly fees we gave him access to our QB and bank accounts in January 2022. Now is 7 months later and we are starting with a new bookkeeping company not to mention we are so behind! He had an excuse every time we asked about our bookkeeping. It was tax time, he had a vacation and then promised to start in June! Being honest and knowing when to stop taking new clients in order to offer a good customer service is definitely lacking in his practice. I did write to him to state how disappointed I was and that we will be moving forward with another company and he responded with arrogance and stated it was our loss!
