  As a Realtor for over 12 years, when a client says they have been preapproved by a friend, I cringe a little. I am very particular when choosing loan officers to partner with, because I want my clients to have an amazing experience and a lender can make or break the transaction. Aaron, knocked it out of the park! He communicated with not only myself and my clients, but also the listing agent. He wrote a letter to the listing agent about our mutual client to help us secure the home in this tough market... ON A WEEKEND! He kept everyone updated throughout the entire transaction. We had a clear to close in 21 days, with a holiday weekend in the mix! I would highly recommend Aaron, and look forward to working with him in the future. Keep up the great work, Aaron!
