      Virtually buy nothing they know they can’t scam you on Edit: I never brought silver in to your store, I’ve never had an in store visit either so I don’t know what your referencing in the reply

      John, it's unfortunate but this does happen often, we are the bearer of bad news. The metal that you brought in and we tested was not silver like you anticipated. We understand this makes people upset when they have an item that turns out to be drastically different than expected. We maintained our professionalism and were cordial while we acknowledged your frustration. The attempts we made to educate you on our testing & verification process were repeatedly met with you cutting us off mid sentence.  Furthermore,  you felt the need to leave a poor review. Despite all of the above facts, please feel free to reach out to us in the future as we are here to help the community.
