      Have been coming here for the last 25 years (it was St. Charles back in the day) and will continue to do so. Tammy is always such a great help with the multiple loans I have taken out through them.

      GOD SENT! Doreen J. Leuenberger, at the Ridge Rd. office is truly one of a kind. She's professional, empathetic, and not condescending! Doreen takes pride in finding solutions for real working families like mine. I can't express enough how much I appreciate her help and most of all, the respect and gentle demeanor she's provided during some very difficult times. UCFCU should be very proud to have her on their staff - Doreen is a positive light to a brand that holds the catholic name. Had to post this spoke to the boss but I didn't feel like she really grasped how special this employee is...I hope this sheds some light! Highly recommend!

      This credit union appears to neglect basic record keeping and financial documentation best practice standards based on my interactions and personal experience. Steer clear of disorganized financial institutions unable to maintain basic record keeping and mail delivery standards when there are whale competitors (“big banks”) with multiple, multiple eyes on everything so that your financial needs are met securely and orderly.
