      If you're not able to break for an errand, this branch's location a chance to take care of your banking needs. Since it's Patriot Commons, it's not as large as some other branches, but it still offers a full service. The representatives are this location are efficient, friendly and allow you to get in and out.

      Today Sep 25, I had the worst interaction with Fort Knox Credit Union specialist. Carla and Wendy argued with me for over 45 minutes about “how I was wrong”. The two specialist Carla and Wendy were not only raising their voices on the phone, but were not trying to fix the issue at all. They both just talked over my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager which they transferred the one from Carla to Wendy. Neither were in management, but it was assumed Wendy was until I asked for her position. We work hard everyday for our money, just to have individuals like this lie, talk down and manipulate you. DO NOT BANK HERE, looking to transfer my loan immediately.
