  Had to pay an extra $60 for the location of where the house is, fine. I would be okay with that if the report was completed when it was supposed to be. The appraisal report was supposed to be completed 01/18. Got an email today that “there were glitches in their system so report will be completed by this evening”. Still no report. Very unprofessional.

  Horrible experience. I wouldn't let them appraise a dog house. The appraiser dragged his feet. He completely had the square footage wrong on our house. Indicated that property values in the area are stable when they are clearly rising. Pulled comps on houses that weren't even remotely similar. All lead up to significantly undervalued appraisal. Sloppy work in my opinion.

  This company is terrible to do business with, they have bad communication between their appraisers and customers. Appraiser Deron J Strickland is a terrible appraiser, first of all he lied to the company about the date of when he did the appraisal when i called and asked, then it took him way past his due date to get the appraisal report done causing a delay on my closing date, and even after he got the report done he still did a mistake and had the borrower’s name incorrect, he put two other peoples names as borrowers instead of my name. When i called and asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint the young woman who picked up the phone (Brandy) claimed to be the manager and said well this type of stuff happens a lot. I do not recommend them at all, they are very unprofessional.
