      I am new to this bank. It is the first bank I have ever been with in my entire life that doesn't have phone reps available 24/7. I have a transaction that needs to be completed right now but for some reason it is denying the charge! Funny how the only responses given are to the positive reviews, not the critical ones. Not impressed!
