      There were 2 people there, but only one was working. Erin, who claimed to be a manager, was playing on her phone while a line piled up in front of the working teller. When approached, she was very annoyed at being spoken to by the lowly customers and immediately copped a hateful attitude. She told the people in line that if they were upset by the wait time, they should just use the ATM. She made sure to be clear that waiting for the teller was a choice everyone was making and therefore not her fault. God forbid she actually do any work. I'm not comfortable banking with an organization that feels that putting bigoted, lazy, hateful people in a position of authority is a good idea. I will NOT be back.
