  Amber and her team are amazing! I was having trouble with a check deposit, and she stepped in, connected with corporate to find out what was wrong and she resolved it quickly. She went above and beyond in order to help me at a point that I was really upset. I will be a loyal customer from now on because of Amber and how she assisted me with this issue. when it comes to banking, I wish we could all have someone like Amber in our corner!   Would have never thought in a million years that your bank wouldn't do their job when you can prove that a charge is fraudulent yet they'll sit there and argue with you and tell you it's not their problem I would highly recommend not using this Bank if you ever have a problem they will not help you even if you can show proof the bank keeps telling me I made an agreement with that party even though that party didn't follow through so it's fraudulent but yet they will do nothing even if you can show the proof.

  Complete idiots. An absolute embarrassment this branch is. Poorly dressed for position, texting while customers are next in line. Exclude (Elle) she tried to compensate for her other employee. It Felt so unprofessional when a facility carries thousands of your hard earned money. Really wish i had not witnessed what i did. :( p.s. I have pulled the account...
