I have had nothing but amazing service with Academy bank. I have banked at 3 other banks in my life and NEVER got the service and help that I have received from Academy bank. Literally one of the few banks that will not actually help you but tell you to use tape or refer you to a Smart ATM for services. Glad I pay a banking fee every month for literally nothing. Might as well just buy a safe and keep using cash app and venmo for anything I need. Got change ? Go to a coin star. Have a partially ripped bill and need to do laundry? Use tape. Need to deposit cash? Use the Smart ATM. pointless. These people literally get paid to sit and do nothing.
