  Terrible!!!!! Staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. Jessica Rubcoco is the worst excuse for a teller that I've ever seen.DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! I banked with academy for 8 years and Jessica threw it out the window in 8 minutes

  Wow the lady that works there Jessica is just the worst. I came in today to deposit 2 checks, each from my parents as a birthday gift to me, and some cash. Jessica said that she could not deposit the checks since she thought I was suspicious into an account I have had for over 3 years. I have had almost 200,000 dollars in payroll deposits over that period and she wants to act like depositing a check that my mother gives me for 250$ Is “suspicious”. I have never dealt with someone so rude. There were 3 other people in line and one by one they all stormed off angry due to Jessica and her awful horrible service towards customers. I told her since I could not even deposit a couple of check my mother and father gave me for my birthday I wanted my account immediately closed. I will go to Wells Fargo with my business from here on forward. Academy bank do yourself a favor and fire Jessica if you expect anyone to hand their money over to this awful person. Update: if your business was important to me you would give me a phone number I can call to reach someone who knows English that can explain to me how in any way whatsoever my banking activity was “suspicious” and why I was denied the ability to deposit a check my mother gave me for my birthday. Jessica lied and said that i had not deposited a check from that account which is false. I have deposited, and never had bounced, this same account multiple times, as well as from my fathers business account. Explain to me how my business matters because obviously to Jessica it doesn’t, and I will never bring my money back to academy bank ever again for the rest of my life. I never was late on overdraft balance and paid possibly 600$ In overdraft fees if not more the year 2021 and it was very helpful I had such a high overdraft limit as it helped as a buffer for paying my rent.. You lost a great customer due to an awful employee named Jessica who deserves to be fired. I’ll never forget how all 4 of us in line had walked off, disgruntled and frustrated from her awful service.
