  Been coming here for 5 years now all of a sudden they can't give me change for $100 because I'm not a member....who cares why do I have to have an account to do a simple change order...it's a BANK....give me change...why is it all so complicated...would never consider becoming a member here...terrible policy

  Worst customer service from the manager at this location. She honestly does not know what she is doing. I brought a payroll check in just like other times but this time she decides not to cash it. Has no reason what so ever except she said she doesn't feel comfortable cashing it. I can not believe she denied cashing it after I've cash these checks from my employer for the last 2 years and it'd on record. This lady is literally fluttering all over the place miss pressing buttons on her computer and messing up her tasks that she's working on constantly saying out loud "oh shoot, oh dang it I pressed the wrong button again". She seems way stressed out all the time and obviously can't do her job correctly. My legitimate check that she's cashed before but decided to not cash now for no reason is a prime example she should be fired or demoted. Take my advice and do your banking somewhere else. This bank will turn you away when you need a legitimate payroll check cashed.
