  Diana was amazing to work with. She was able to safe me about 6000 bucks with my refinance. And she about doubled my credit limit. i plan on sticking with Mountain America if this is the treatment I can look forward to. great job.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I can’t even believe I have to sit here writing about MACU. Waited about 20 minutes in line because everyone kept going to the back, then another 25 minutes waiting for a card to print and everyone kept going to the back anyways so why didn’t they just bring my card to me. Beyond disappointed by this bank.

  They’re the best and I wish my husband and I had heard of them sooner so we could’ve started using them sooner. Excellent customer service. If we had questions about our auto loan at the time, they were knowledgeable and patient- and significantly easy to work with and that’s so hard to find. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend!
