  I have been with this bank for 10 years now and I have never had a problem. The branch location is absolutely amazing. Every interaction woth every person has been nothing less than positive! Crystal was so kind to work with in helping my mom open her account! Reggie has been nothing but friendly and personable every time I see him and Karla hands down is the best Bank Manager I have ever worked with! Keep it up yall!

  This place is a joke. I was 10.00 past due on my credit card bill because I had log in issues. I called customer service, they couldn’t resolve it and there was no way they could process a payment for me. It took a week to figure it out and I’ve never been late for a payment. I contacted Tom in collections and he still hasn’t returned my call but my good credit was dinged 54 points because they were no help!! Go else where. Also, because my log in was fixed, I paid my account full balance and I’m going elsewhere! What a joke.

  Very bad service crystal could not help me with my account I have been with this bank for 2 years and they never returned my money. I can't make payments or see my balance and I talk on the phone and they don't answer me or hang up I go to the bank and they don't help me it's a lousy bank I had to close my account I can't be blind I don't recommend it at all pure problems!! !
