  I moved from the Bay Area to Tucson and needed a bank after going into a few banks on Valencia Road I ended up over at this Bank of America, I'm glad that I did, the lady that help me setup my bank account was very kind and professional, she made the whole process very easy, I have been back to the bank multiple times to withdraw money and or deposit every time I am greeted at the door with a smile and I am in and out of there quick, the staff is very professional, if you're trying to set up an account or have banking needs I highly recommend this Bank.

  2021- Would give 0 stars!! This is the absolute worst customer service ever at a BofA! I would literally drive 20 minutes extra to go the one off Ajo & Mission! Only 1 teller actually working. The "Teller manager" is always walking around on the platform and doesn't help minimize the line, he just sits at his back desk looking at the computer screen. I worked in the banking field and this place has the absolutle worst service for their customers. For the only bank on the south side with a lot of customers they would have so much more loans and customers if they would just put a little more effort. 😒 BofA do something about your staff. I am sure they are replacable with someone who would care about their job. Update******* 2022***** Still Terrible Service. Teller Guadalupe is very kind and she is always alone and the Teller Manager is always running around instead of helping knowing there is a line out the door. I have gone to this branch several times a month and always have the same issue. They need more staff or have the teller manager step up better and assist and not leave poor Guadalupe alone. Losing clients is not good for them. I only go there for business purposes. No more personal. Just sad to see a few years back it was perfect service now with change in management it has gone down the drain. Also all the mobile transitioning yes it helps, but on business accounts you can't do much about it. Funny how Bank of America replies to only positive reviews instead of the negative ones, do something about it. This branch needs some SERIOUS help. Everyone I was in line with was devestated about the service there.
