  We were first time home buyers and had a horrible experience with a lender that we worked with for months. We were referred to Luke Harding and academy mortgage and the experience was completely different. They went above and beyond to help us and walked us through step by step. Even when I asked dumb questions repeatedly. We went to academy mortgage on April 29th. We closed on our home June 13th. After 5 months with the previous lender… they never even asked for the address of the home we were buying. Just said the down payment assistance programs are suspended and you need 22k down. And went on their way. We were devastated. We got a second opinion and we opened escrow 2 weeks after getting in touch with Luke and Academy Mortgage.

  I recently had a not great experience with this company. I was promised way too many things and it seemed like every time those promises kept fading away. I was told things were gonna happen and they never did. The under delivery was absurd and am honestly pretty frustrated. Luke Harding promised me a lot and was not able to perform. I can talk on behalf of some of my coworkers who tried to give him some business and seems like they had similar experiences. Hoping this improves in the future.
