It has always been very difficult to do any loan applications because we are business owner. Most people don’t understand how businesses owners take money out of their business. This time, it was much smoother.

I can't imagine that Melissa could have done any better! I needed a roof inspection as part of my refi. I was working and didn't have time to find a roofer. She had her assistant call a bunch of companies until someone was available. I have already referred my sister to Melissa for a mortgage and I would absolutely send anyone else her way.
