These jumbo badasses will have you pre-qualified and unwritten quickly and with confidence. From their online portal, app and clear consistent communication I felt very well taken care of.   We worked with Chris Siegfried. He was really great to work with and made the lending process for our new home way easier than we anticipated it would be! Would definitely recommend reaching out to him. Academy also had a great user portal that made it very easy to view and share documents.

  We’re disappointed with Academy. We used them on referral from a friend that worked there, who has since left. Our disappointment is in the advise Academy provided. Their inaccurate, ultimately untimely, advise regarding refinancing options has cost us incalculable amounts of money and when discovered was only recognized with a halfhearted apology. The person that gave the incorrect advise is now laid off. Three stars because I recognize that they helped us get our first home but we feel abandoned since signing with them. I would not recommend to anyone at this time.
