      Had some great customer service, and also bad customer service. PROS: Local lender, a couple employees Shelby and also Holly (when available) were extremely helpful. Willing to work with a new construction home ever changing completion date. CONS: First time home buyer beware, experienced buyer probably okay. Felt like dropping this company multiple times because I kept asking questions (first time home buyer) and got passed around like a basketball . One employee kept giving me vague answers and very "political" answers to questions, which made me frustrated, when all they had to say from the start is "That kind of question should be answered by the main Lending agent". A lot of head aches could have been avoided if they were clear and honest from the beginning, but felt like I had to constantly dig for the answers. The only reason I kept with this company in the first place, was because they did a "high pressure sales" type situation were it felt like if I didn't keep this company, they implied I'd lose my home/reservation for a new home. I was informed that the builder would not work with any lenders expect local ones, which now looking back on, not sure if it was a lie or not. Overall, this company had some great experiences and did provide help, but only after asking multiple times, to multiple people. So I take it as great learning experience, but caution any other first time home buyers from using this lender.
