  This is our third mortgage/refi working with Bruce and Susan at Access Buyers Security Mortgage. After attempting to refinancing with our existing mortgage company for over two months and having to tolerate poor response times, lack of communication, and delays in underwriting, I contacted Susan. My first message to her was on March 4, 2021 and we closed our refinance on March 20, 2021 with the same rate our mortgage company had offered with substantially lower closing costs. But, as usual, where Susan and Bruce shine is in their excellent customer service. They are continually communicating exactly where we are in the process and what can be expected prior to close. They are open and transparent with all aspect of the transaction and always provided options based on our specific needs. I 100% recommend working with Susan and Bruce at Access Buyers Security Mortgage. We should have known to start with them from the beginning. Lesson learned!
