  Best bank/credit union I've been a member of. The staff is great their fees are reasonable and they're always friendly when you walk in, no matter what branch you go in.

  DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!! Use the paramount branch. Everytime we go to the tascosa branch they deposit the wrong amount in the wrong account or apply our payments to the wrong loan. Today was the third time they have not given us cash back and it has been the same teller. The manager did not seem to be concerned at all and didn't even look into it. I would NOT trust this branch with my money!!!!

  This bank is the worst to bank ever! You can’t use the money you deposit in there! We deposited our rent money in there on the first then on the second transferred money from savings to checking then on the fourth tried to make our rent payment, it got sent back saying insufficient funds and the bank told us to send it back through because it was in there so we did and once again got sent back. We did this a total of three times! Our landlord told us that we had to go up there and pay it! On Monday the 23 day we went up there to withdraw it and the lady said that we couldn’t withdraw it because there was a hold on it till Wednesday!! So we tried Wednesday to get it out and that person says there is still a hold on it and they can hold it for 3-5 days!! I was like well they should have said that the first time and there shouldn’t even be a hold on it in the first place!!! So we asked when it should be available and she said Thursday but we agreed Friday at the latest so we call Friday only to get told that we can’t get it out till midnight because they had computer issues and I was mad because the 5 days was up that morning and that money should have been available on the 23 because we hadn’t tried to send any money through for rent since the 10!! This bank is worthless and now I owe rent late fees and return fees because they wouldn’t release my money that didn’t even have a dang hold on it !! And wouldn’t give me a reason why!! Just that they didn’t know and couldn’t figure it out!! What kind of bank is this!! I’m taking my business somewhere else and they can jump off a cliff
