      GREAT GROUP! We have been using Accu-Tax since moving to the area years ago and have always loved the service we get. They are fast, actually know what they are talking about, and have people that know you and care to get to know you. We use for personal and business. Highly recommended.

      I called this facility in search of tax assistance on November 10th. No one answered the business line but a voicemail indicated that the easiest way to reach the company was via email. I followed those instructions and did not get a response until November 16th- 6 days later. Although he had my phone number, he replied via email asking me a question. I replied right back with less than 5 minutes in between. He never responded! On November 26th I reached out again citing I had gotten no response in 10 days and asked him to call me, providing my phone number. He then replied on November 27th citing he felt like I "scolded him" because he took the week of Thanksgiving off. He refused to do business with me from there! His email had no "out of office" message and it took him 6 days to respond to my first email. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! This will be a complete waste of your time and energy. He's unprofessional, unprepared and unresponsive. Try someone else!
