  This by no means is a review on the location on Tusc but on the whole company. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have used Ace cash express in the past and have had no issues. I applied online and then I was asked to send my bank statement in to them. /the first time I was given a wrong email address, so who knows who has my bank statement. Finally got the correct email and resent. Called to see if they received it and was told the dates were not current enough.......I sent the latest statement my bank had issued me. So, I went to the bank and had them give me the transactions for dates that they wanted and resent it. Called to check and was told that my application was closed due to it being now 3 days without completing it. I re-applied and then was told no bank statement received. So I resent it again and waited 5 hours to recheck (I was told to wait 4 hrs before checking), Now the bank statement is again not valid as they are still showing the original one with Augusts dates on it. I feel this company has become incompetent in their dealings with their customers, and each employee gives a different reason or a .different solution which I have followed all directions and still no resolution. I was also told I could not take my bank statement to the local store by 1 agent but that I could from another agent. Maybe they should do some training with their employees. This is too much aggravation for a very small loan(under $500). My advice.... Stay clear of this company! It's not worth the aggravation! Oh and don't tell the customer service agent about your displeasure because once I did and said thank you and hung up. I got not 1, not 2, but 8 calls from them back to back but no message left. Just a horrible experience!
