The lady who claimed to be the owner was beyond rude when checking my jewelry. She also had a very hard time seeing. She could not find the stamp on either of the 3 pieces of jewelry I brought in and on one of them it was very easy and noticable to find also larger print than normal and write it off as being fake because she couldn't see the stamps and refused to test the metal even after I pointed out the stamps although she did decide to buy one of the items I believe I was definitely low balled/ripped off it was gold an cost over 400$ in perfect condition and she gave me 40$ and after I looked into it and the weight when I got back to my car she could easily sell the item for scrap gold at about 70-90$. Over all just a bad experience. Should have known when I walked in it was rough looking to say the least. Dark atmosphere, not very well organized, out dated,. Sorry to say I will not be visiting again in the future.

WE BUY Gold teeth right out of peoples mouths. WHY would we turn down real? you criticizing someones eyesight speaks for itself. I mean who does that??We have jewelry loupes we look through SO absolutely NOT true. We always give more than anyone. Everyone knows this. You were so rude, critical and condescending.. Claims to own it?? Wow she actually does. Try not to be abusive and you might get better responses.
