  We sold our home to some people who chose Ace Mortgage as their lender. They agreed in the contract to a closing date of June 13, 2014. My family at this time is all packed up and ready to move out on the 13, keep in mind I have 3 kids, 11,8,&3. Two days before the close, yes I said 2, they decide to tell us the loan is not ready and that it is in line for underwriting. Now my family is living in a pretty unlivable home, and our things are in storage, and we will accrue another months rental and storage fees because the bank failed to do their job on time. Not to mention the headache it has caused in my finances elsewhere. We were told that it would possibly be ready to close June 17 or 18. Now the lender ACE Mortgage, is requesting an extension until June 23. So now my whole life and family has been turned upside down due to ACE Mortgage not doing their job in a proficient timely manner. Needless to say we are PISSED! We are at their mercy and their is nothing we can do about it. My family is being screwed from every angle, from fees, to additional storage,to very uncomfortable living conditions for another 10 days, and neither the lender or the buyer seem to care or have any concern what this has done to our family. I would NOT recommend ACE to anyone, even though we are not using them as our lender they have really disrupted our lives, and I am sure the buyer was ready to get moving and he/she is delayed as well!
