      Marsha and Ryan are great to work with, and they go out of their way to be helpful. They guide you through the loan process in a friendly manner and are always available to answer questions. You won't left alone to worry about what happens next. They work as a team and share between them an extensive mortgage knowledge. As of now, they have successfully negotiated my initial mortgage plus a couple of rate reductions.
