      Went in to refinance my car. Frank was incredibly helpful! He did everything he could to get me a lower interest rate and a shorter term! He had all the answers to all the silly little questions I had and was very personable. 11/10 recommend MACU over any other bank or credit union, but this branch, and Frank specifically, went above and beyond to get me what I needed.
