      I wish I could leave negative stars for the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with...Jay. Not only was he very rude and unprofessional but he also did not communicate well. We also had several delays on our house. Some of which was due to Jay outright denying us the chance to close when everything was ready. Horrible experience!!!!!
