Worst lender to do a portfolio loan with!! They keep changing staffing and their underwriters repeatedly don't look thru a file completely then request the EXACT same docs (not just an updated one) that had been sent 2 weeks beforehand. Instead of sending a complete list of items to clear closing, they ask for more docs every single time something is submitted and have terrible communication! Our deal is more than 4 1/2 weeks late and may not close because of them.

The team tells you what you wish to hear and does not follow through in a professional matter to get you the loan refinance package completed or cash out for investors.
