  I originally met Rich and Sandy Young in the early 1990’s when their company was just getting started. In fact, I was one of their first clients. I remember being immediately impressed with their professionalism, integrity and temperament. They were genuinely interested in providing services and products that met my needs. Since that time I have completed numerous mortgages and refinances with their company on personal, vacation and rental properties. Sandy takes the lead in processing mortgages and refinances. I can tell you that she is relentless in finding the best options for you. She is an extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented individual who consistently exceeds expectation. She has outstanding communication skills and is always available for consultation. I cannot think of anyone I would recommend more highly than Sandy in this field. I have recommended her to family, friends and business associates because I hold her in such high regard. Do yourself a favor and give her a call if you are interested in financing your property.   Sandy worked with us recently on the refinance of our second home. Prior to this other attempts to refinance were not successful due to a variety of reasons. Sandy was able to find a way to get us a great rate and pay very little for the loan. It was fast, easy and efficient. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
