  Nice service. The banker who assisted me fixing credit card issue was nice and professional. He called customer service for me and follow through till case closed. Have a really good impression with this branch and Chase service.

  I had a horrible experience at this bank , I went to pay my credit card bill I had some cash also my ATM card to pay for the rest but because my ID was expired I could make the payment. I understand you need an ID if you are making a withdrawal but making a payment. This is the first time on my live I have to give an ID to make a payment. . My credit card , my ATM card and my ID have the same name just because was expired doesn't change anything. No wonder they are begging for customers giving away 250 dollars to open an account with them. This bank has a poor customer service.

  My hair and clothes were soaking wet from the rain. My blood sugar crashed so I was having palpitations and I felt dizzy. But before I could go home, I needed to get some cash. This place has drive-up ATM. Great, right? It was out of service. So, I left my car to get more wet so I could use the ATM in front of the bank. It was also out of service. Now, most Chase these days have additional ATMs inside the bank. This one didn’t. So, I was miserable but had to wait for a free teller to get some cash. Somebody ought to tell this location it’s 2018.
