      I just refinanced my home and Action Title Company handled our closing. Their service was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I was especially impressed with Diane, our initial processor. She was readily available to speak with me on the phone and she answered emails with lightning speed. I have never received a response so quickly from any company with which I have worked. Charles Otto, the attorney who facilitated our closing, was also wonderful. He thoroughly explained the process to us and answered our questions with patience and kindness. He is truly a wealth of knowledge. I highlv recommend Action Title Company to anyone considering buying a house or refinancing. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and without reservation!

      Action Title : I have had the pleasure of working with Action Title, specifically with Diane P., and Yvelisse T., as a first time home buyer. Diane, she very pleasant, polite and very organize, especially returning your phone calls, and email promptly and concisely. Both ladies been so efficient has helped me to relax and calm as a first time home buyer. Diane was very explicit every step of the way , and I was able to close smoothly in a short period of time. The office staff are very competent, and has an excellent rapport with not only me as a client , but with everyone who were involved in my transaction’s, the seller, bank , and HOA. If you are thinking of buying or refinancing your home: I recommend Action Title.
